Taluk Shakhati High School is founded in 1992. It has over 400 students. It is run by Bangladesh Govt. Foundation. All our teaching staffs are qualified teachers. New staffs are comment on the excellent student relation. As a Headmaster I am very happy that we could make our contribution to education in Bangladesh.

Taluk Shakhati High School is a caring and friendly village school which welcomes children for admission in the January  following their 11 birthday. Our motto is “learning is a habit for life” and we provide a learning organization where pupils and staff are able to develop to their  full potential.

The school is set in spacious grounds which includes one playgrounds, a quiet area, an adventure playground and an environmental area.

The children have ready access to a wide range of exciting learning materials in their classrooms and there are several spaces within the school where small groups of children can work with support staff or carry out independent learning activities; including the use of the school’s extensive computer facilities.

The Academy has an ‘open-door’ policy as parents and members of the community are encouraged to participate in all aspects of school life such as helping in the classrooms, accompanying school outings, attending sports and social events.

Vision: Children come to us as toddlers. They will leave school as young adults, their personalities and potential largely determined by their experiences in school. The school years are perhaps the most significant. By the age of eleven the child has learnt how to read and has grasped the rudiments of number and quantity. But more than that, they should have learnt to love reading, to be fascinated by numbers, and to enjoy finding out things in answer to their own questions.
